                                          CHILLI PANEER DRY

     
CHILLI PANEER DRY WITH VEG NOODLES.
     It is a  popular INDO-CHINESE recipe,can be prepared dry ,semi gravy or with gravy.served as a starter or as a appetiser ,easy to make doesn't  need much preparation or time.   
        let's start cooking CHILLI PANEER DRY.

              PREP TIME: 10 MIN    COOKING TIME :20 MIN
                              TOTAL TIME :30 MIN

              Ingredients: 

   preparing paneer for chilli paneer dry.

                 Paneer /cottage cheese-- 300 gm 
                  corn flour--2 table spoon
                  Black pepper--crushed
                  Salt to taste--
                  Oil--for frying 

For chilli paneer                                                                                                                       

               Capsicum--1 cup -cut into a cubes-(red,yellow,green)up to you.
               Onion--one fourth cup cut it into the size of capsicum.
               Tomato--1 medium size( chopped finely).
               Carrot--one fourth cup (chopped finely).
               Oil-- for frying or saute vegetables.   
               Beans--4-5 in no--finely chopped.
               Spring onion--3-4--finely chopped.
               Ginger--1 inch-chopped finely.
               Garlic--3-4 cloves chopped finely.
               Green chilli--4-5-slit.
               Corn flour--2 table spoon.
               Black pepper--crushed-one fourth tea spoon.

         sauces:  

                             Chilli sauce- 2 table spoon.
                              Soya sauce--2 table spoon.
                              Tomato sauce-3 table spoon.
       Sugar--1 table spoon.
       Salt --to taste.
       Water--half a cup.


LET'S START COOKING CHILLI PANEER DRY./ HOW TO MAKE CHILLI PANEER DRY.

  • first of all cut the paneer or cottage cheese into cubes /rectangles of your choice.
  • sprinkle corn flour ,crushed black pepper,salt over the paneer .
  • make sure paneer  should be properly coated with flour .              
PANEER  coated with corn starch, black pepper and salt.
  • heat the pan add 2-3 table spoon oil 
  • fry the paneer or( you can go for deep fry optional. )
  •  fry it till the light golden or pink  , you can see in picture.             
      
                


  • In the same pan add 1 table spoon oil heat it 
  • add chopped ginger,garlic,green chilli , and spring onion( part near the roots).
  • saute the in a high flame for about 30-40 seconds or 1 min.
  • add carrot and beans fry it 2 min
  • add capsicum along with onion bulb or cubes of onion.  
  • add chopped tomato.

  • fry for 2 min add sauces
  • chilli sauces
  • soya sauces
  • tomato sauses
  • salt and sugar
  • give a quick stir
  • add cornstarch-2 table spoon in a  less than half cup of water mix it well.
  • add this into the pan stir it till the cornstarch become translucent.

sauted vegetables  before adding sauces capsicum and onion  should be crunchy or colour should not changed.
  • ADD  fried paneer and crushed black pepper -----mix well and garnish with spring onion serve it hot as a starter.
  • ENJOY WITH NOODLES OR AS A STATER.
