VEG HAKKA NOODLES

it is an easy stir fry Indo-Chinese dish.here are some simple steps to cook it.it is perfect as a snack  or as a main course for parties or at home .
               

          PREPARATION TIME : 10 MIN.    COOKING TIME : 15 MIN.

 INGREDIENTS:

          PLAIN NOODLES : 150 GM PACKED
          ONION : 2 MEDIUM SIZED
          GARLIC : 5-6 CLOVES ( MINCED)
          GINGER : 1 INCH OF SIZES  (MINCED)
          CAPSICUM : 
                    GREEN : CUT IN JULIANS --ONE FOURTH CUP
                    RED : CUT IN JULIANS--ONE FOURTH CUP
                    YELLOW : CUT IN JULIANS--ONE FOURTH CUP  AS SHOWN IN PICTURE.
         CARROTS: HALF A CUP CUT IN JULIANS
         BEANS : HALF A CUP CUT JULIANS
         CABBAGE : JULIANS CUT HALF A CUP
         SPRING ONION : CHOPPED HALF A CUP
         SOYA SAUCE : 2 TABLE SPOON
         TOMATO SAUCE : 2 TABLESPOON
         CHILLI SAUCE : 1 TABLE SPOON
         VINEGAR : 1 TABLE SPOON
         RED CHILLI SAUCE : 1 SPOON
        OIL : 2 TABLE SPOON 
        SALT : AS REQUIRED
         BLACK PEPPER : 1 SPOON

 HOW TO MAKE VEG HAKKA NOODLES


  • firstly boil the noodles according to instruction given on the pack of noodles.
  • cut all the vegetables as mentioned in ingredients section or shown in a picture
  • after boiling of noodles strain it and mix some oil ( 1 spoon )  to it and keep aside
  • heat a wok( type of pan ) or a wide open pan can be used..
  •  add 2 table spoon oil over medium flame.
  • add ginger garlic minced. 
  • stir it for 30-40 seconds.
  • add onions,carrots, cabbage and beans.
  • fry in high flame for 1 min
  • add capsicum,( red,green,yellow) and spring onions (part near the roots finely chopped)
  • fry for another 1 min
  • add all the sauces  : red chilli sauce                                                                                                                                :chilli sauce                                                                                                                                      :vinegar                                                                                                                                            : tomato sauce                                                                                                                                  : soya sauce                                                                                                                                      : black pepper                                                                                                                                  : salt                                                                                                                                    mix all together and cook for another 1 min
  • add boiled noodles ( as we  used salt as a taste at the time of boiling noodles)
  • mix and give a good toss till the noodles coated with sauces and vegetables for approx. 1 min.
  • turn off the flame and serve it with hot soup or Chilli paneer dry.
