RECIPE FOR BREAKFAST / POTATO SANDWICH / AALOO MATAR FRY SANDWICH WITH SAUTE ASPARAGUS.
Ingredients for stuff : four medium size potato (boiled)at time of boiling add salt in potato water.
:one onion (chopped)
:half cup steamed green pees.
:half tea spoon ajwain (carom seeds)
:cumin seeds pinch off
:carrot (finely chopped one fourth cup)
:capsicum(finely chopped)
:oil to fry
:salt to taste
:green leaves of coriander---cheese option
any bread white or brown of yuor choice.
Butter
For Asparagus Saute: Asparagus fress
black paper powder
finely chopped garlic
oil for saute
Recipe:-
- take boil potato and peel them and mashed.
- heat the pan
- add two table spoon of oil.
- add carom seeds and cumin
- once seeds are start cracking add chopped green chillies and onion.
- fry them till golden brown
- add mashed potatoes and salt
- fry them 5-7 min
- add green pees (steamed).
- fry 2 min
- add green coriander leaves
- switch off the flame
- apply this to bread and make as a sandwich
- spread butter to half of bread
- put it over the preheated pan or grill
- apply butter over the sandwich as of your taste
- fry it till the the golden and crisp.
- serve it hot with tomato ketchup or coriander chatney.
for saute asparagus:-
clean up the asparagus dry and cut as your wish
heat the pan with oil
add asparagus and fry 2-3 min
add chopped garlic and black paper powder
cook again for two min.
serve it hot with sandwich,paneer tikka ..
Sandwiches are one of the simplest snacks & the way it is shown by you..it looks more delicious,,I love grilled cheesy aaloo matar fry sandwich.
