Tawa paneer Msala /Ajwaini tawa paneer Recipe.

Crispy tawa paneer masala/ajwaini tawa paneer.

intro: its a north indian vegetarian dish,
        Good for evening snacks or as a starter.

   Ingredients: 

       : paneer /cotta cheese -250 gm
       : yogurt /curd--one table spoon
       : olive oil--two table spoon
       : coriander powder-half a tea spoon
       : cumin powder--half a tea spoon
      : ginger and garlic paste--one tea spoon
      : turmeric powder--half a tea spoon
      : red chilli powder--as per taste
      : ajwain/ carom seeds--half a tea spoon
      : dry kasuri methi leaves or dry fenugreek
      leaves--one tea spoon
      : lemon juice--one table spoon
      : chaat masala--two spoon
      : salt to taste

Recipe: 

  • first cut the paneer in small cubes of 2cm. keep aside
  • take a big bowl put yogurt and mix well, add one table spoon olive oil
  • add ginger garlic paste and all the spices mix it.
  • add ajwain or carom seeds ,fenugreek leaves, lemon juice,salt, chat masala.
  • mix it well 
  • keep the paneer in the bowl and spread the batter over the paneer very gently.take care of paneer from breaking.
  • keep 5-10 min for marination..optional 
  • heat the pan 
  • add  olive oil  to pan or just brush the pan with oil
  • gently put paneer pieces over the pan
  • and cook till the crisp golden brown on both side by flipping side by side           
  • switch off the flame.
